Jaclyn founded Karen Lane Design, a boutique luxury staging and interior design company named in honor of her mother, Karen Campi, whose creativity and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her from an early age. Created to provide clients with an elevated, seamless, in-house design experience, Karen Lane Design specializes in thoughtfully curated staging that highlights each home's architecture, enhances its character, and creates an emotional connection with today's luxury buyers. By combining timeless design principles with current market trends, Jaclyn and her team transform homes into beautifully presented spaces that stand out in today’s competitive marketplace.

Together, Karen Lane Design and Campi Concierge offer clients a personalized, full-service experience—from concept and renovations to staging, marketing, and sale. Raised in a family that built one of Silicon Valley's most respected luxury real estate companies, Jaclyn combines generations of local market knowledge with over two decades of real estate experience. Her ability to envision a home's full potential, strategically prepare it for market, and expertly represent her clients has become a defining hallmark of the Campi Group's success.

Jaclyn is a licensed Broker Associate, a designation held by only a small percentage of real estate professionals in the Bay Area, and as a result of her dedication the team consistently ranks as a top producer. She was instrumental in building Campi Properties into one of the Peninsula’s most trusted real estate names and continues to lead with excellence at The Campi Group. Her reputation for exceptional service, negotiation skills, and local expertise has earned her industry recognition, including multiple Campi Properties Awards for Excellence and a spot in Gentry’s "Top 10 Under 40."

A proud Santa Clara University alumna, Jaclyn earned her B.A. in Communications and was a member of the 2001 NCAA National Championship Women’s Soccer Team. She brings the same team spirit and competitive drive to real estate that helped her succeed on the field. She is involved in the community and supports organizations including the Ronald McDonald House, the Jimmy V Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, and served as Co-Captain for both Cycle for Survival and Los Altos Relay for Life.

When she’s not advising clients or curating staging or marketing campaigns, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, staying active, and keeping a pulse on the latest trends in design and architecture. Her goal is simple yet profound: to deliver an elevated real estate experience rooted in trust, creativity, and results.
